Postsecondary Success Initiative (PSI)

Empowering youth to overcome barriers and succeed in higher education. Postsecondary Success Initiative program engages youth and community members to better understand the challenges that affect college access, persistence, and completion. Through in-person interviews, community listening, resource navigation, mentoring, referrals, and future support programs, we work to identify barriers and develop practical solutions that help students stay in college and achieve their educational goals.

The program have three components:

1. Listen & Learn

In-person interviews and community conversations to understand barriers.

2. Connect & Support

Resource navigation, referrals, mentoring, and connections to educational and community resources.

3. Empower & Succeed

Future programs designed to improve college persistence, completion, career readiness, and economic mobility.
